Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Return

If your piece isn’t quite right, we accept returns for eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

  • Returns are refunded to the original form of payment

  • A small restocking fee and $8 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Refunds are processed 1–2 weeks after we receive and inspect your return

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.


Size Exchanges & Exchanges for Store Credit

Need a different size or want to switch styles? We’re happy to help.

  • Eligible items may be returned for store credit or reach out for a specific items if you know what you'd like to exchange for

  • A small restocking fee may apply

  • Store credit is issued once your return is shipped back to us

Store credit never expires and can be used at any time.


Repairs & Adjustments

We’re happy to repair your jewelry or update personalization that wasn’t quite right.

  • Repairs are typically processed 1–2 weeks after we receive your piece

  • Pricing varies for older orders, but many repairs are complimentary

  • Please contact us before sending your piece so we can assist you properly


Important Notes

  • Made-to-Order Pieces:
    All jewelry is made to order. Most pieces ship within 2–4 business days.
    Solid 14k gold pieces may take up to one week to produce, plus shipping time.

  • Custom & Personalized Jewelry:
    All custom-stamped or personalized jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Shipping Options:
    Shipping upgrades, including Next Day delivery, are always available at checkout.
    Please note that carriers may experience delays during holidays. We currently ship with UPS and appreciate your patience during peak seasons.

  • International Orders:
    International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are not covered by Society Nautique. We are a small U.S.-based business shipping from Southern California and do not have control over international customs charges.
