About Society Nautique

Society Nautique was born from a deep appreciation for style, intention, and meaningful design.

After more than 15 years spent working as a celebrity stylist across Los Angeles, New York City, and around the globe, our founder Lizzie saw a consistent gap — jewelry that felt both delicate and powerful, timeless yet effortless. Pieces that could seamlessly complement every outfit while still holding personal meaning. When those pieces didn’t exist, Society Nautique was created.

Our designs are rooted in the belief that jewelry carries energy. When made consciously and with purpose, it becomes more than an accessory — it becomes something you feel. Every piece is thoughtfully designed to layer effortlessly, elevate everyday style, and become part of your story.

Our Story

Society Nautique began organically, with pieces made by hand and worn daily. Self-taught in metalsmithing, our founder learned through experimentation, instinct, and time spent at the bench — mastering techniques with little more than a solder torch and a vision.

What started as personal creations quickly became something more. Strangers on the street and coworkers on set began stopping her to ask about the jewelry she was wearing. Those moments of connection confirmed what we already felt — these pieces were meant to be shared.

Handmade

In Southern, California

After spending more than 13 years working as a celebrity stylist in Los Angeles, New York City, and around the world, Lizzie was constantly surrounded by fashion — yet she always found herself searching for jewelry that felt quiet, personal, and easy to live in. She wanted pieces that didn’t overpower an outfit, but instead felt like a natural extension of it — something dainty, intentional, and meaningful.

With no formal training, Lizzie taught herself metalsmithing with a simple solder torch and a lot of patience, learning by doing and letting curiosity guide the process. She began making pieces just for herself — jewelry meant to be worn every day, held close, and filled with purpose.

Over time, friends, coworkers, and even strangers would stop her to ask about the pieces she was wearing. Those small, unexpected moments of connection gently encouraged her to share her work beyond herself. That’s how Society Nautique came to be — not as a grand plan, but as a natural extension of a love for thoughtful design and jewelry made with heart.
